I first got interested in photography in my early 20's. I studied at night school after finishing my engineering apprenticeship and joined the GEC company Photographic Club. Fortunately they had a reasonably well equipped dark room under the town library. Therefore, I was able to learn about film and negative processing, together with printing and developing - black and white only. However life, work, family and finances did not enable my interest to develop.
Jump forward a number of decades and I have come out the other end of my career and can devote a significant amount of extra time - and a bit more cash - towards rebuilding my photography credentials, together with riding my Harley Davidson
Living in the East Midlands of England means I am pretty central to a variety of landscapes and access to east and west coastal locations - ok it does mean a few very early mornings or late nights - but I'm not complaining.
This is my first venture into publishing my work on line. I hope you like it !!
